This is a real capture, from a real job.

Aerial radiometric thermal image of a flat commercial roof captured by VSD Pros, a bright anomaly marking likely trapped moisture under the membrane
Live VSD Pros capture: Real capture: thermal pass over a commercial roof
What you're looking at

This is the level of detail your report is built from. The bright patch is likely moisture trapped under the membrane, invisible from the ground but obvious from the air. Add the thermal pass to any roof scan and findings like this land annotated in your report.

24–48 hours
// What this is

Your roof, inspected without a ladder.

A drone flies every slope, edge and penetration (closer than binoculars, safer than a ladder) and you get a measured, adjuster-ready report. Nobody sets foot on the roof, and the visit takes under an hour.

// Good to know

Questions we get a lot.

Will insurance accept a drone report?

Yes, carriers increasingly prefer them. Many 2024–25 claims already required both visual and infrared documentation, which we can bundle.

Do you get on the roof?

No ladder, no foot traffic. The drone captures everything from the air, so there's zero risk to you or the roof.

How fast is turnaround?

The flight takes 20–40 minutes on-site; your report lands in 24–48 hours.
