Terms of Service

These terms cover services booked from vsdpros.com, operated by VSD Pros of Lincoln, Nebraska (“we,” “us”). Booking a flight, buying a package, or starting a membership means you agree to them. We wrote them in plain English on purpose.

What we do

We provide aerial and ground site documentation: drone photography and mapping, thermal imaging, Matterport and 3D capture, and related deliverables. All flights are conducted under FAA Part 107 by licensed, insured pilots, within FAA rules and airspace authorizations.

Booking, weather & scheduling

• Standard bookings: you give us three preferred dates; we confirm the best weather window within 24–48 hours.
• Priority bookings lock a specific date. If weather makes that date unflyable, we reschedule to the next flyable day at no charge. Drones can't beat physics, and we won't fly unsafe.
• You're responsible for lawful site access and for letting us know about hazards, restricted areas, or occupants.

Payments

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card or bank numbers.
• Card payments are charged at the listed price; pay-by-bank (ACH) receives the listed discount.
• Published prices cover the listed scope; larger acreage and out-of-scope work are quoted before we fly.

Memberships & prepaid packs

• Memberships bill monthly (or yearly where offered) until you cancel. Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and everything already delivered stays yours.
• Member rates and fair-use limits are as described on each plan at the time you join.
• Prepaid packs are good for 12 months from purchase and aren't transferable between companies without our OK (we're usually fine with it, just ask).

Deliverables & your data

• Once paid for, your deliverables are yours to use for your business. We retain the right to keep copies as your archive and to use non-sensitive captures in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to. Just say so.
• Maps, models, and reports are documentation tools. They are not a substitute for a licensed survey, engineering, or legal opinion unless a deliverable explicitly says survey-grade and is scoped that way.

Liability

We carry insurance and fly carefully. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We're not liable for decisions made from deliverables used outside their stated purpose.
