Refunds, Weather & Cancellations

Plain and simple: here's how the money works when plans change.
Weather
Drones don't fly in storms, high wind, or unsafe conditions, and Nebraska has opinions. If weather kills a flight window, we reschedule at no charge, as many times as it takes. Weather never costs you money.
Cancelling a booking
- Before we fly: cancel anytime for a full refund. No fees, no questions.
- After we fly, before delivery: the capture work is done, so we complete and deliver, but talk to us; if something changed on your end we'll work with you.
- After delivery: deliverables aren't returnable, but if the work isn't right we refly or redeliver until it is. If we can't make it right, we refund it. We'd rather lose a job than a reputation.
Memberships
- Cancel anytime: no contracts, no cancellation fees. Your plan runs through the end of the period you've paid for, then stops billing.
- Yearly plans: within the first 30 days we'll refund the unused months, minus flights already flown at member rates. After that, the plan runs its year but never renews without you.
Prepaid packs
Unused pack balances are refundable within 30 days of purchase (used scans are charged at the one-off rate). After 30 days, balances stay bookable for their full 12-month life.
How refunds arrive
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. Start any of this with one email: easton@vsdpros.com, or call 402-450-4077.
