Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect what we need to fly your jobs and run your account, we don't sell any of it, and your payment details never touch our servers.
What we collect
- Account info: your email, company name, and a 4-digit PIN we store only as a salted cryptographic hash (we can't read it).
- Orders & bookings: what you bought, preferred flight dates, and site details you give us, so we can do the work.
- Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We see receipts and totals; we never see or store card or bank numbers.
- Job files: the deliverables we produce and anything you upload to your job folders, stored so your archive is always available to you.
- Site analytics: anonymous page-view counts (via Vercel Analytics) so we know what's useful. No ad trackers, no selling data, no cross-site anything.
What we do with it
Deliver your jobs, run your membership, email you about your orders, and keep your archive. That's it. We share data only with the processors that make the site work (Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting and file storage, Resend for transactional email), never with advertisers or data brokers.
Aerial imagery
Our captures target the sites we're hired to document. If a capture incidentally includes neighboring property or people and you'd like something removed from a public showcase, email us and we'll take care of it.
Your choices
- Want your account or files deleted? Email us and it's done within 30 days (paid-for deliverables are archived unless you ask for full deletion).
